WHY IS HE CONCEDING?
I don't get it. There are obvious signs of fraud ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE. Exit polls and "Election Results" are at polar opposites, confirming our worst fears about Diebold. There are reports of voter suppression everywhere. WTF is Kerry DOING?

8. They can't recount the votes in Florida. We have to take their word.
They fought off reform to require a paper audit trail. Now in Florida there is no recount.....which is against the law....really big vicious circle.

13. Since it's against the law to not recount, when do the
lawsuits start?

Terrifying to consider what it implies.
That is was so much further gone than we ever dreamed
The minute he was nominated...

14. What we need to demand is a recount in all of the battleground states
in which the exit polling data was discrepant from the final vote, and especially those in which Diebold cheating machines were used.

17. I am speculating....
If Kerry fights, they will fight back with their forces...the media. Like with Gore, they will pick apart and debunk every little victory or finding on our part. They will interfere the way Delay's staff stormed the recount. Bush will have the sympathy of the masses who voted for him. Kerry will be made to look like the pathetic sore loser. We've been there. He will be made to look foolish for fighting over a few votes here and there when the popular vote margin is so high. The point is, of course we want him to fight back. But I'm sure he's smart enough to learn from Gore's mistakes and not try and do it the same way. If I were Kerry...I'd let them think they won...let them get on with their ceremonies and celebrations. All the while doing investigations in every state, every precinct. I would amass a huge pile of evidence, proof and build a monster case against them and present it to them all at once.
