I'm browsing Zogby's final call and
he had Kerry winning Iowa by 5%, New Mexico by 3% and Wisconsin by 6%!
He had Colorado too close to call. How'd he miss these by this much? Hmmmm.

1. He had Gore winning California by only 2 points in 2000.
'Nough said, Zogby's state polls are shit.

2. Zogby's state polls are not reliable
Just ask Senator Lazio.

3. He missed because he;s a fucking idiot
And an entertainer. That's all it was about to him. Entertainment. He's finished with me as far as polling goes. I'll never trust him again on anything.

4. THAT is going to be a question asked loudly and often
The polling looked absolutely fantastic -- especially in Florida -- and it wasn't even close. And that applies to both the regular polls and the exit polls. The latter were especially bad.

Something went terribly amok and I think that if we are gonig to be inundated with polling every election, we need some sort of assurance that the numbers we see are meaningful.
