Dean's in 3rd place, behind Kerry and Edwards?
They just announced it on the news. Anybody else hear this or know what poll they're talking about? It happened so quickly - I didn't catch the name of the poll.

6. Not truly without meaning, but
this is like trying to see if someone has a fever when the room temperature is 101. Or trying to count a swarm of gnats as they fly by. Possible, but the results should be suspect.

10. Funny - the polls weren't meaningless when they showed Dean ahead
then, they were conclusive proof of his frontrunner status and seemed to be enough for some people to demand that everyone drop out.

5. I wonder just how significant
Iowa really is.

After all as the bitch Kate O'Berne reminded us, Reagan didn't win Iowa and Clinton came in 4th.
