Just spoke to a friend who is an assitant at ABC. The President of the Radio division just told her Kerry is the winner. He spoke to both campaigns to confirm it.

BUT if the nets did THINK they knew the results based on exit polls and it was clear early on which way it is going, they might hold off on some key states until the polls close everywhere, or their GOP masters would come down on them for jeopardizing close congressional races in the west.
