My name was called at the polls, after i signed in

and was filling in my ballot. My daughter was pointing at the guy who was calling my name.

me "Kimberly and i already signed in."
Him "Have you voted here before?"
me "Are you kidding? What's going on here?"
Him"Oh, nevermind, i'm sorry"
Me "If you are trying to pull something here it wont work, you're new to this polling place and i dont appreciate what it is you are trying to do!"

Regular polling lady"I will take your ballot, and i'm sorry this happened, please report him."

I did call right when i got outside, he came out and apologized again, and then again. Too late, i called about you already. People coming out were pissed, a Bush supporter said..."Total Bullshit, you call on him now!"

I'm in elk grove california, a little south of sacramento.

We have several people with the same name in our precinct, and one may be registered as "William Smith" while the other is registered as "Bill Smith". It doesn't sound like any sort of shenanigan, to me...

I'm 99.44/100ths percent sure it was innocent. You know that you're the only one, but maybe he didn't, and hadn't gotten to your name in the poll book yet in order to discover that information on his own. I might well have asked you the same thing, and I'm one of us.
