Poll question: Clark supporters by location:
I'm interested in the demographics. All geopgraphic assignments are final and unappealable. ;)

Edited on Fri Jan-16-04 02:23 PM by bluestateguy
Why? Because we know our friends and neighbors and communities and we know what kind of Democrat can get elected down here.

5. Florida here
And if the poll is still running tommorrow when my hubby gets home, he'll chunk in another FL voter.

Good poll, Padraig! ...and yes, you should have one for all the contenders, but since there seem to be more and more, that may take you awhile, so I'll be patient ;)

22. I agree that Wes Clark
is demographically the strongest candidate but I don't think you can generalize from how democrats at DU feel who happen to be from Red States to the general election.

Remember, some democrat carries Red State democratic primaries every election! We don't usually carry many of these states in the GE.

28. Since it shows a South effect,
it means a better chance of the Senate returning, and perhaps the House. (Because of the little streaks of the 'South' marbled through the national demographic.)

Bush is toast.
