Did the Robertson ad start running ?
That ought to blow a hole in the side of the elephant when it does.

I can't wait to see the fallout from that one.

2. Bush telling him in Nashville that there would be no casualties
in the Iraq war. Robertson was pleading with him in a meeting to prepare America for the bloodshed, just prior to him starting the war. Bush says, "oh no, there's not going to be any casualties."

Supposedly the ad was to start running today.

4. Have you heard of it running anywhere yet.?
Are they planning on using it only in the hot states or what? There is no doubt in my mind, this will be one of the most damaging ads we have.

"An affiliate of the liberal MoveOn.org will run an ad on national cable Friday that features comments by religious broadcaster Pat Robertson that Bush expressed doubts when warned before troops invaded Iraq that the United States would sustain casualties."

7. Another great ad.
I don't see how the shrub can survive all these powerful ads. Best thing is, they all use his own stupid words.

The man really is a freakin' dope.

8. I saw the ad on moveon.org and was a little disappointed
I had hoped it would actually show the footage of Robertson saying this in the interview, instead it was just an announcer voice over...plus they diluted (I think) the message by talking about jobs.

It seems that it could have been more effective with some of Robertson's shoe licking constituencies if it had actually shown Robertson himself.
