They had to restate earnings based on some accounting errors. Wall St. is spooked by that anytime no matter how small the error. After Enron it is a panic button response.

1. Media Matters (David Brock) is suing to force them to air a corresponding pro-Kerry film, or drop the swift-boater's one.
2. Potentially more damaging is a shareholders' suit claiming damages from the stock dropping as a result of the plans to air Unfit for Command.
