Next to a Bush defeat, seeing Ralph Nad(i)r reduced to a national joke is my fondest desire

3. Al Gore Should Have The Privilege Of Going First...
but Al Gore is such a gentleman that he wouldn't...

They should put Nader in a dunking booth in downtown DC and let Dems try to dunk him...

Oh, and he'd have to dress like a clown...

9. I don't think Nader will matter as much this time.

Last time, a lot of ( impractical) far-left types went his way, oblivious to the implications.

I don't think anyone's that dumb anymore. I think what few votes Nader will get will be from non-ideologues who don't like either candidate on a personal level.

In other words , I doubt that a Nader vote this time is necessarily a lost Kerry vote.

I'm not sure what the data... if there is any... suggests.

Nader is a sort of Norman Thomas ( perrennial Socialist candidate for President in the 40's and 50s) for this generation... and even that's saying more for him than he deserves.

Paul

12. I know one person who is voting for Nader.
He argues that Kerry is a war criminal, because he killed someone in combat.

:eyes:

Stupidity knows no bounds.

10. Is Nader a Socialist now?
It's kinda ironic to have a Socialist candidate supported by Repukes. I know Peter Camejo was the Socialist Worker's Party candidate for President in 1976.

14. If it were possible to vote in negative numbers for Nader, I would.
I used to respect him, but that man has turned his back on his entire legacy.

All the good he did has been more than undone by the right-wing administration which he so flagrantly enabled.
