I actually heard Claire Shipman say that on Stephanopoulos' show on ABC this morning. She said that even though the polls showed otherwise, she had a feeling that Bush did better.

Is that the Mary Cheney bullshit has hurt Kerry, they talk about the polls, they let the repukes talk, and no time is spent discussing the issues, no time is spent refuting repuke lies. Its been another disgusting part of the campaign as the media latches onto Roves story and tries to bring Kerry's momentum to a halt.

I'll put it this way, Blitzers show CNN is probably the best of them today, he actually refuted one or two repuke distortions from Don Evans, other shows made even less effort.

Jebbie got 20+ minutes, Rendell got 10 max. I can't say whether the questioning was equally tough on both because I had jebbie on mute (it was painful enough turning around to look at him on occasion).
