1. This is just the tip of the iceberg
I have said it many time before to my family and friends: If even ONE "bush state" changes (even NH), Kerry wins. Furious George must "win" EVERY state from 2000 and steal Florida again. Make every vote count!

3. welcome to DU, but not quite
Due to the 2000 census, electoral votes were re-set nationally and we need a bit more than just New Hampshire to swing our way.

4. This is a good poll LOOK at the map closely
It shows that Bush would pick up Iowa and New Mexico.

Although New Mexico was close last time, I believe with Bill RIchards as governor this state will go to Kerry.

2nd IOWA. Also should go to Kerry.

Finally. If the vote reforendum passes in Colorado, expect Kerry to pick up atleast 4 of the 9 EV.

VERY VERY good news

Not to mention Florida which they show as Bush. I doubt that.

VERY good map to study.

God bless Kerry for a victory this November!

6. chri bowers MYDD polls
Dont know how to get link, but his swing state project is very good news using Zogby, Rausmussen, and TIPP, polls combined and weighted having kerry with 311 electorals leading in OHIO,FL,MI,and PA. It also shows Kerry with a slight lead overall.

10. FYI Kerry is trending here
In colorado, and if it holds out, the entire state will reject Amendment 36, holding the 9 EVs for Kerry.

5. I do go into NH once a week and I will say Bush's signs are getting big
Not a lot just great big signs. Odd. I guess the Republicans do not trust the Dem who signs I see one week and are gone the next trip out. I wonder where all the signs are going?

11. Top Bush Cheney Strategist Matt Dowd Is on Crack....
Matt Dowd, a top Bush-Cheney strategist. "They just pulled out of West Virginia with their advertising, and they've now stopped their trips. If they were winning in Ohio, then they wouldn't be pulling out of West Virginia. It's an area of the country that's very similar."

I guess Matt must not have taken demography in college. The parts of West Virginia along the Ohio River are very similar to their counterparts in Ohio on the over side of the river. IE Parkersburg, WV is very similar to Marietta, OH. Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus aren't similar to anything that exists in West Virginia. The rural areas of Ohio not along the Ohio river are quite different as well. Hell, there are as many people in Metro Columbus as the entire state of West Virginia.
