3. Look--I'm all for dropping these topics too--but the sad fact is that
we're getting clobbered in the media right now on both of them. Ignoring them won't make them go away--we need to fight them as much as we can. Send the networks e-mails, call them to complain, hit their polls-whatever it takes to get them to move on to the next topic.

6. "we're getting clobbered in the media right now"
I suggest you turn off your cable TV. It's distorting your sense of reality. Out in the streets NO ONE is talking about this.

If all of the right-wing pundits on cable are talking about lesbians, it's because the RNC told them to do so. If the RNC told them to do so, it's because the RNC *WANTS* people to talk about it. The right-wing cable pundits talk about because the RNC pays them to talk about it.

So why are you doing the RNC's work for free?

Sending emails to the cable networks will only encourage them to continue talking about this instead of bush* quote about not caring about finding OBL, bush*'s quote about the media (ie "Oh, never mind")), his inability to answer several questions including one about Roe v Wade, or his drug-out appearance. It's a distraction.

Why help the RNC?

7. This Is What Was Said About The Swift Boats, Too
Kerry brought up Mary Cheney because the idea of homosexual choice was brought up by Alan Keyes, and this was clearly what Bob Schieffer was referring to in his question. This must be made clear, as well as Dick Cheney's desperate use of his daughter as a political footballl.
