5. No, they don't...
Conscription is something carried out by Israel, not Hamas. Refuseniks are the result of a country carrying out universal military conscription, and doesn't apply to any organisation where there people join up voluntarily...

7. Do you have any evidence to support this assertion?
If you think Hamas goes around with Vito Corleone style "your brains or your signature" contracts to people who have no interest in joining, please offer some proof or stop saying it.

8. Actually it's pretty damn obvious. Palestinians get killed often for
"collaborating" with Israel.

9. No, it's not obvious...
Collaboration is something completely different than what you claimed, which was that Hamas conscripts unwilling recruits...

11. On what?
I'm not the one who's claiming that Hamas uses conscription to recruit people. You are...

13. Please. You don't need unsubstantiated speculation to argue Hamas is evil.
They blow up people. Isn't that enough? Do they have to have EVERY conceivable negative trait possible?

14. Ir Is A Meaningless Dispute, Ma'am
If the logic of your position were followed out relentlessly, the conclusion would be that, having volunteered for unarguably criminal actions by joining Hamas, Hamas members must from that moment forward be considered incapable of any further moral developement, and thus could be fairly described innately evil and unregenerate souls. It would surprise me very much if this were so, and strike me as a bold statement to assert no Hamas member has ever had doubts about the rightness of what the organization does by way of murderous war crimes.

It would surprise me, also, if such positions as pilot of an attack helicopter were filled in a manner wholly without a voluntary element: the training is too expensive and time-consuming and dangerous to put men through it who do not actively want to do it, and who are not likely to remain at the task for a long period.
