i agree with democrats on abortion, gay marriage, foriegn policy, healthcare, and almost every other major issue. Just because I disagree with the party in this one area doesn't make me any less of a democrat than you.

The NRA is so powerful. Their people care about gun rights, they vote on gun rights. To democrats, guns are a non-issue so we'll never get anywhere until we punish those who support guns.

Problem is, you may agree with all of the democrats platform, but it won't matter if there's an AK bullet in your head.

The AWB did not make AK's, SK's, AR's, M's, or any other weapons illegal. What it made illegal were accessories for those firearms.
