Group fears possible state action about global warming (AZ Chamber of Comm.)
http://www.azcentral.com/abgnews/articles/1221abg-chamber1221sidea.html

A top Arizona Chamber of Commerce official is not saying whether he believes that the burning of fossil fuels leads to global warming.

But Farrell Quinlan said he doesn't think businesses here should be forced to make changes in their operations to do anything about it, assuming that global warming exists.

Quinlan, the organization's vice president for policy development and communications, said a key fear is that state agencies will start making businesses cut carbon dioxide emissions as a requirement for getting necessary permits.

Gov. Janet Napolitano said she wants to get greenhouse gas emissions in Arizona back to year 2000 levels by 2020. Ultimately, she said she wants them at half the 2000 levels by 2040.

2. That's OK.
Farrell Quinlan (if that is his real name) will be changing the way he does business, along with everybody else out here, when we evacuate AZ.
