Free Electricity? (any electrical engineers in here?)

I stumbled upon this e-book about a guy who, apparently, invented a device that produces electricity freely. What's the story on this if anyone knows? Was it a bunch of bull? Or was it suppressed by the oil money powers? From just skipping through this book, it looks like no bull to me.

energy is not created, just converted from one form to another and you have efficiency to bargain with too.
1984 came and went. orwell seems to have been visionary, it doesnt appear so for mr grey.

i think the unique all girl diving story is probably more usefull.

I can't quite tell what he is claiming, but it sounds like standard pseudoscience bullcrap.

Tesla was a genius, but any current reference to his work in conjunction with 'free energy' is a good clue to stay away.
