Can you help find the shooter of one of the last 100 Florida Panthers?

She was one of some 100 Florida panthers left in the wild -- truly a rare breed. The young female lived in and around the wilds of the Big Cypress National Preserve and would have likely raised kittens in the area.

But a heartless killer ended this Florida panther’s life with a gunshot to the head.



This is just awful--like shooting an eagle, whooping crane, or California condor. Who are these people??

What kind of person would do such a thing.

Several years ago one of those panthers and her cub showed up in the area around my parents property in central Georgia.Once word got out the hunters showed up in droves.We actually had to threaten them with physical violence and a legal nightmare if they did not leave.They finally got the message when the State DNR started patrolling the area and writing citations for every minor legal infraction they could think of.

The same morons who would shoot an endangered animal are the ones who think it makes them 'special'. How can they validate their uniqueness if they don't go around talking about it?
