Has Bush Bashing gone mainstream?
I went to the mall for the first time in a long time. Wandered into Spencers Gifts. Guess what I saw? At least two designs of T-Shirts with slogans very anti-Bush. One I distinctly remember is the Meet the F*ckers T-shirt, but only with Bush and Cheney on it. There was another one but I can't remember what it said. I'd check online but our workplace doesn't allow that kind of material so it can't be viewed through the firewall.

So when you can go into a mainstream store and buy anti-Bush material... is this when we can say that Bush and the Republicans are on the downswing?

Mark.

3. Great idea....
Slip your own anti-* tshirts onto the racks.
The people will buy them and then the cashiers of the world will have to call them out for price checks......the stores wouldn't dare NOT sell them! It's the season for selling, after all....
:Snark:

5. May I call you Mr. Crow?
This idea is stunning and well worth the price of a few shirts. Ideas for logo's? Untied Wasteland is my favorite(Shown over a tatter American flag.)

6. Just make sure they're of decent quality.
If it's an obvious piece of tat like an iron-on decal onto a plain white Hanes T-Shirt then it's going to be put out of place.

Also if it is a place that sells heavyweight Hanes T-Shirts singly they might sell them at a bargain.

Hmmm... sounds like something we could do at ....

Walmart!

7. Most repubs aren't exactly wild about W.
Imagine you detest government, you have seen it grow as a percent of GNP and the private sector, your take home pay, shrink at the same rate, you love freedom, and there are three times as many regulations as your parents had to live with and finally your party has both houses of congress and the white house. Finally your dreams should come true, much of the government will evaporate, you get to take home a bigger piece of the fruit of your labor, and all the little nit picky regulatory issues that drive you up a wall should be gone in no time.

Surprise, surprise, the neo-cons grow govenment faster than LBJ ever did, they regulate the hell out of everything, and they spend your money, that you worked hard for, and borrow on it, as if it belonged to them.

You'd feel betrayed if you were them, and they do!

10. I hope so too...
but not the mindless 'new Greenday type Bush-bashing' though. I wish that the real, genuine "I've hated Bush since 2000" Bush bashing is mainstream. Well, all i know is that any Bush-bashing will NEVER be mainstream in Mississippi. Too many utterly ignorant people who will refuse to change. Bleh...

11. I have seen the t-shirts
and I think at long last many people have awakened to the lunacy that is this administration. Unfortunately it took 5 years and I am terribly downed about the state of the nation. Of course part of that is the fact I am unemployed for the 1st time in 33 years and jobs aren't as easy to come by as they would like you to believe. Anyway screw these Busheviks.
