Reliable Sources on Jon Stewart
Once again, Kurtz proves what a great analytical mind he has and why he's so good at this job.

Here's the transcript of the entire coverage by Kurtz.

KURTZ: Jon Stewart has been ripping CNN's "CROSSFIRE" for years, including on this show, and on Friday, the Comedy Central host sat down with Tucker Carlson and Paul Begala and let it rip.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JON STEWART, HOST, "THE DAILY SHOW": I have privately, amongst my friends, and also an occasional newspapers and television shows, mentioned this show as being bad.

You're partisan, what do you call it, hacks.

When you have people on for just knee-jerk reactionary talk...

TUCKER CARLSON, CO-HOST, "CROSSFIRE": Wait, I thought you were going to be funny. Come on, be funny.

STEWART: No, no, I'm not going to be your monkey.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

KURTZ: For a guy who announces he's a fake journalist, Jon Stewart landed some very real punches. Well, that's it for us on RELIABLE SOURCES. Join us again next Sunday morning, 11:30 Eastern, for another critical look at the media. "LATE EDITION" with Wolf Blitzer begins right now.

1. He may have a "great analytical mind"
...but he's still a Bushbot. Make no mistake about that.

2. I was being sarcastic.
Kurtz's wife is an operative of the evil empire and he's just so damned sleazy.

Kurtz is married to Sheri Annis, who is a GOP public relations strategist supporting the re-election of George W. Bush. Annis also was part of Arnold Schwartzneggar’s brain trust in his recall election. She also worked on a California voter proposition that would force immigrant children to speak English in school. She appears regularly on Chris Matthews’s "Hardball" program as a conservative pundit and writes for the National Review. She also worked on a campaign to stop "living wage" laws. She even calls her company Fourth Estate Strategies. http://commonwealthcommonsense.typepad.com/commonwealthcommonsense/2004/06/howard_kurtz_ba.html

Sorry I missed the sarcasm, Mabus. I guess that long article in the NYT I just read about Bush and his damn Napoleon complex made me a little shaky.

On edit: Here's the link to the article -

6. My fault
With being the third anti-christ, it's hard work you know.

I should try to use html once in a while. As you can tell I'm an over excited newbie (of sorts). I joined a long time ago but got sidetracked. As the race has heated up and frustration with MSM has grown I've come home.

See you around.
