How sad
Just look at this line in today's news:

"At their weekly caucus luncheon, Republican senators were told to sit tight until the NRA decided whether it would support the bill with the two Democratic amendments."

They don't even have the abilty to think for themselves.

For some Senators the NRA's endorsement or lack thereof can make or break their reelection prospects.

3. It's a good thing that Democratic politicians always think for themselves
rather than taking thier cues from interest groups like labor unions. We're really not that much different than the Republicans, we just have different stands on the issues.
