Is anyone interested in derailing CAFTA?
The vote is coming up in the house this week or next.Bush is promising to try to do something about unfair tactics used by China.Emphasis on try not actually do.This is giving cover for reprsentatives who were going to vote no to vote yes and say we were promised such and such so don't blame me.Cafta will cost us another round of downsizing and outsourcing and only hasten our race to the bottom. This is just another corporate handout the Central American people don't want it the American people don't want it.So who is it going to benefit?

3. Sadly, people here don't care much about it...
But yes, CAFTA must be stopped, and it must be stopped in the US House of Representatives. That's the only place it can be stopped.

4. economic war
Well, waking up activists as well as the Democratic party to the fact
economic war is being played against the middle class as well as the United States is certainly my goal.

I say let's raise this issue to number 1!

I think people "zone out" on topics that require some reading..damn
it! I think economics should be required in journal high school...
this is the number one way to flatten political dissent.
