I wont be here for the draft itself, or do I do nothing and let the draft do it automatically. I wont be here next week starting tonite remember.

1. There isn't much you can do now

since the draft has been enabled.

For those who haven't setup their own draft, you're draft will consist of the ranking all the players have right now. And believe me, they're pretty much ranked as to who is best and so on down the list.

30 minutes before the draft begins (I think sometime on Monday), the draft order will be selected automatically. When it's your teams turn to pick, if you do not have your own draft list, then Yahoo will pick the best player available on the list based on what position you need. Therefore you'll still get quality players out of the deal.

The thing with making your own draft list is you may have a prefernce of who you want drafted. Remember, we've got 20 teams in our league and that means you'll get about 5 players in the top 100 of the list. The fun starts after the draft is overwith and folks start looking for who didn't get drafted and what finds you'll pick up. The sucess of my team last year was picking up some interesting players off of the waivers.

I really wish we'd gone with team defenses instead of DLs, LBs, and DBs. It's like watching paint dry, statistically.

8. Oh no it's not

My defense was my key last year (and of course getting Matt Hasslebeck after McNabb was out for the season). My top ranked defensive player - Allen Rossum, crappy cornerback and kickoff return man. All those yards he runs back count in my total defense score.
