I just found out my uncle died

my mom just called me. He was in the hospital for a week, already having major heart problems. No one knew how long he would last but no one expected it this soon.

I don't know what to think now.

Sorry to hear of your loss... If you are in the same town, you might go see your mom... She could probably use the comfort, and so could you!

If you are out of town, maybe you could help her contact relatives... I've been there several times recently, and I wish you the best. One of the best things about DU is the spirit of community...

5. they live 8 hours away

the funeral's either Monday or Wednesday, and it'd be close to here, so then I'd get to see them...
