Help me with Dirtycar.org.
Edited on Tue Apr-06-04 11:34 PM by kerrysissues
I have vowed not to wash my car till * is out of office. Be it 7 months or close to five years... I intend to write in the dust on my back window:.... "This car will not be washed until George W. Bush is driven out of office" Or something similar...Use your imagination!
My question to my fellow DUers' is this: Can this be a valid (and fun) way to protest this corrupt administration; and further, can I (we) get enough people to use this instant guilt free graffitti to create some sort of bizzarre, action network to create a buzz in the media, even if only an internet buzz?
If anyone thinks this might be a good thing, could they help me set up a webite devoted to photos of the dirty devotee's vehicles in places all over the country or maybe even the world?!

Dirtycar.org is just a working title, I have no idea if it is already an established website... that is precisely what I need help with... I'm willing and able to pay for a webite, with a little pro bono webmaster help from anyone interested..... Whaddya think?

2. I love the idea!
You'd have my support. My car is never dirty enough though. Starting up the website is the best thing you can do. Once it's out there, it's out there. Hopefully people will take notice of it and jump on the bandwagon.

I'll stop washing my car starting now.

3. It's a great idea, but MrGrumpy would never let me participate.
He's a little "involved" with his cars and writing in dust, or leaving the dust on too long can "cause scratches". Good luck though!!
