And I believe the 2nd one is due I believe this Fall if not sooner.

2. It's supposed to be out this fall

But there are rumors that it will be delayed another year to release with the launch of Xbox2 near Xmas 2005.

At the moment I don't put much stock in those rumors right now, but it is a possibility. Either way, it'll be on XboxLive and that's all that matters to me.

3. I'm not a huge FPS fan, but I loved Halo.

Right now, though, my time is consumed with Project Gotham Racing 2, easily the best racing game out there!
