I lost my ClaireCat 3 weeks ago; I was out in California burying my dad and my sweet Claire, whom I'd had for 12 years (she was at least 14) died in my husband's arms here at home of a massive seizure.

It's so hard. My sweet Tommy died over 2 years ago, and there is still an ache in my heart. Not the waves of grief, but an ache. It never goes away, completely.
