There's a good sized cattle pond adjacent to my property on BLM land, and when the arroyos fill it up, the frogs come up from deep cracks by the thousands and croak constantly. It sounds like a large engine roaring. Yesterdays rain was great, but still no water in the pond. More rain is forecast, perhaps I'll hear the croaking soon.

3. I hope it happens soon. Bet they are ready for a good rain.
We have had a very very rainy year here in Eastern TN. Looks like we got your share.

We have filled all the stock ponds and it is starting to green up. Lots of toads out and about. Saw my first tarantula early Saturday morning too! Ants have been flying for weeks, AAAAHHHHHHH

And we got a little water up here FINALLY yesterday, waiting again at the moment after figuring out yet another bug in the new system, but the new pump has a tiny leak that I hope will be fixed by my well guy today, otherwise it is going to have to go back to the factory. arrrggghhhh at least it is under warranty and we WILL have the storages full this time!
