Old time radio horror streams...
http://www.live365.com/index.live

If you go to this site, Live365, and register(free) and search in the genre 'spoken word' you'll find several stations that stream old time radio programs.
One, 'Horror Old Time Radio' is playing The Witch's Tale during April.
TWT was the earliest of the horror shows(1931-38) hosted by the old witch Nancy and her wise black cat Satan.
Another station 'The Radio Time Machine' is featuring The Inner Sanctum tonight and usually plays a mix of genres, including Bob and Ray.
'Crime Time Old Radio' is playing a mix of horror, mystery, crime and detective shows like The Shadow, Sam Spade, Phillip Marlowe, Dragnet, etc...
There's several other stations playing the whole spectrum of genres, comedy, drama, variety. Look around.
I find the stations that stream at 16 kps don't break up on my dial-up connection.

2. VERY COOL!
I grew up addicted to the CBS Radio Mystery Theater. I hated that it got cancelled. It will be nice to hear some of those radio plays again.

3. Hyman Brown, the producer of CBSMT was...
...an old pro who produced INNER SANCTUM back in the day and other OTR, too. He used the trademark 'creaking door' sound to introduce both CBSMT and IS.
If you ever get the chance to hear a show called NIGHTFALL do so. They were produced in the '70s/'80s on CBC and replayed on NPR in some markets. Really eerie stuff...
