Should I tape a letter to all the neighbors doors and let them know? I'm pretty sure it's the troublemaker kid across the street but I can't be sure. What should I say?

Seriously, though, I had my car broken into twice in the early 80s (they took my battery, and I was too stupid to realize that they'd come back for the NEW one, which they DID, so I put a hood lock and alarm on the car and finally ended up moving).

So it sucks, and I've been there, and I'm sorry for your loss.
