Without going into details, my life lately has been spiraling down into a kind of "Perfect Shitstorm".
ALL the major cornerstones of my life -- literally my LIFE -- were threatening to crumble. My home,
my job, my health insurance, my medical treatments -- every single one of them were poised to
topple like dominos if only one of them had fallen.

Thanks to the help and compassion and kindness of a couple of very good friends (and very good
human beings), I'm starting to see the possibility of calmer waters again.
.
Everything that was going wrong tied in, to one degree or another, to the problems I've been having
with my heart. Within the next month or two, I'll have some very major, very hopeful things to share
with you all on that front.
.
That really weird and fantastic tribute of sorts last night of the endless stream of "MFM kicks" helped
bring me back up from the depths... convinced me that I still have something to offer. Only in a place
like The Lounge inhabited by such fantastic people could something like that spontaneously combust.

Now... please don't take it to the other extreme. I don't WANT to take over the front page -- I WANT
others to have plenty of room. A well-timed kick or reply or two generally keep them around long
enough for another "shift" of Loungers to see them. But, of course... if there's something where people
have FUN playing back-and-forth with answers -- that's great, too.
