Anyone else getting a weird DU3 pop-up box?

I keep getting a pop-up box that tells me I have to provide my username and password to subscribe to the Latest Threads RSS. I don't know if there's an RSS feed for DU3 (I never subscribed to it if it exists), but this box is popping up when I'm other web pages and even when I'm in other programs like excel. This seems really strange. I had checked "remember me on this computer" in DU3 but if I try to get into DU3 I get this same weird pop-up. I don't want to add my info if this is some kind of hack so can't Ask the Admins over there if it's legit.

Is anyone having this issue? I don't really understand RSS, but I don't think it should be necessary to subscribe to a feed to access a web page. But what do I know. Is this SOP? :shrug:

I don't remember reading anything about the one week limit, but there was a lot to absorb in that initial email. They kept Demopedia up forever before it met its demise.

5. Actually, that doesn't answer my question about

the RSS feed box that keeps popping up in other programs. Just happened again even though I emptied my cache. x( I hope they fix it soon.

7. It might be a Mac-specific glitch.

:shrug: I'll give it a few more days then email elad directly about it. It's obviously a roll-out issue but I don't want nag him about it as I'm sure it's a beast of a project they've undertaken.

Besides, I'm moving this weekend and shouldn't be playing on DU at all - there's still waaaaaaaay too much packing to do!

8. Oh, I misread and didn't realize you meant an RSS feed specifically for DU.

I never heard of that either.
