Women can live forever!
Swear.

Just heard the CNN anchor say that a study shows that women who walk one to three hours a week cut their risk of dying by 25%!

Top that, you inferior man type humans!

2. Unpaid Plug: Try a Sportbrain
I not fitness nut, but I use a Sportbain as walking motivational device. A sportbrain is basically a high tech pedometer that connects to a website.

My "minimum" is 10K steps per day (not that hard), but I try to do 20K days at least 3 days a week.

3. We prefer to live wild and free -- live fast, and at the edge...

Though I'm gonna top 120 years on this planet, no problem. :D

Saving my energy is key...

7. Theoretical immortality
Telemeres are a part of our genetic structure. They are essentially caps at the ends of our Chromosomes. Each time our cells divide the process removes a bit of these caps. Eventually they remove all of it and begin chewing into actual productive genetic code. At this point the cells begin to run into problems while replicating. This is the major contributing factor that causes aging.

Death by aging is not a requirement of life. It was in fact an evolutionary adaption. It enabled new and improved variations of the code to dominate the environment without having to compete with their older immortal progenitor.

It may be possible to find a way to terminate the cropping our cells do while dividing. This would leave the cells at their peak replication ability. Effectively opening the fountain of youth.

Just a thought.
