More food porn from one of my clients...they are getting ready to push their "holiday platters" and I went out today for a photo shoot. The actual platters are about the size of an extra large pizza...larger than your head.

2. Sushi holiday platters. That's a brilliant idea.
Seriously. Sushi is very popular, it's "finger food" for the most part, it's portable and likely far, far better for you than buffalo wings or the other usual fried crap you see. It's also kind of...exotic. Your client has a great idea.

3. The owner of this place is S-M-A-R-T as a whip.
She knows how to deliver the "expected items" but also leaves the competition on the dust.

Also, the restaurant plays to the Silicon Valley crowd (if you want to go to a restaurant where the clientele is 99.9% Asian, it's "Tomisushi" @ Saratoga and Moorpark)...BUT...she knows how to do that without selling her soul. Some of the "custom rolls" on the menu would never be found in Japan, but she remains true to the base ingredients and has a sense of creativity and innovation that just keeps on going and going.
