Okay I just cooked my first Canadian Thanksgiving dinner. I didn't do it all from scratch
but people liked it....especially the gravy. I'm so proud!!!

It is an elaborate meal, and even if you didn't do it all from scratch, it's still a lot of work...

I'm glad your guests enjoyed it.....esp. the gravy. That can be tricky...

2. What is a traditional Canadian Thanksgiving meal?
Is it anything like a traditional American Thanksgiving dinner? Turkey, potatoes, green beans, gravy, bread, corn, cranberry sauce, and such?

4. We had brussel sprouts instead of beans and no bread or corn. Yes to the cranberry sauce.
It was very good and everything came with cooking instructions.
