Bats are buzzing me! Every time I go outside.
And I am in Transylvania County. Should I worry?

1. Bats are fine!
We have them all over my neighborhood. They do keep the bugs down and are fun to watch!

3. Just don't let them infest your attic. Seriously, bat poop is toxic.
As an appraiser, I once did a house that had a bat poop problem and they had to tear down the walls from the inside to the brick. The house was only 15 years old.

Oh, and wear a hat. ;)

17. Hey I've never appraised a house with a bat poop problem
but I've been in lots of houses with a dog poop problem, and I've even valued foreclosures where the people left behind human poop.

4. I never had a bat buzz me even in a cave.
But you can freak your freeper friends out at sundown by informing them that what they think are birds flying around at that time are bats. Hehe, it's fun. :-)

5. No do not worry, my sweet, blood-filled precious!
Um, how I do love the bats! I mean, the bugs that the bats eat! Yes, it it true, that I hate the bugs, and love the bats.

Attempt to not smell so good, thus they shall not bother you. Also, you should try not to grow more blood.

Does not work for me so well, this not smelling good. The bats, they continue to love me more.

Advice you have, we all will like.

16. Bats are so cool
I live near a park/forest and there are bats in the forest. One musty have gotten lost last summer and spent a whole day under the roof above my front door. It was about two inches long and so cute. They are so beneficial. But jeez living in Transylvania County would have me a little worried. Keep your windows closed.

18. I hate bats!
When I went to visit my aunt and uncle in upstate NY, they would get stuck inside the house all the time and fly around the living room. It was pretty creepy. I was always afraid they'd get stuck in my hair.

19. They are protecting you from West Nile Fever
I hope my bat friends come back again this summer. They keep my garden area pretty comfy druing the skitter season.

Havocdad wanted to hang the new wind chimes on the garage but I nixed the idea. The chimes might annoy the bats napping in the afternoon.
