Small disposable shallow paper bowls for wet food. About 2 1/2 inches wide and an inch deep. Cute kitty design on inside.

I want some. I'm tired of washing icky icky cat dishes.

6. My kitties leave virtually nothing behind in their dishes!
They're all descended from the feral cat colony that lived underneath my porch (never fear, animal lovers, I caught, altered and released all the breeding adults!) and they ALWAYS eat like they haven't had any food in a month and don't expect any food for another month. Cleanup? What cleanup!!

2. I wouldn't since they're made out of trees
but I understand the appeal.

Also, we have 4 dogs and any if the cats don't eat what they want right away one of the dogs will help themselves, thus no messy bowl.

3. No, I wouldn't spend money on disposable bowl/dish/cups for cats.
I let the nasty dishes soak overnight, but usually I make them eat most or all of the food before they get more, putting it in the fridge if they won't eat it all in one sitting.

4. Yes, but just for when I have someone coming into the feed the critter.
I'm used to the nasty cat dish cleaning. I keep a scrubber near the sink just for that purpose.

7. get another dish and let the dirty one soak so you wont have to scrub
or change them to dry food. I hated cleaning up the bowls and walls, so I switched to a good quality dry cat food. they get occasional treats. Their poopy isnt as smelly either.

8. My Tansy cleans her own bowl
she leaves nary a crumb after I finally figured out that at her age she needs soft food. She is somewhere between 16 and 18 by my best calculation , since she was at least one when I found her--if I could remember exactly when that was?

a cat in the first place.

10. Nope. I hate disposable anything. Washing is not that big a deal,
Especially when you soak for a few minutes. Or maybe you just get used to it.

11. I just use paper plates
Edited on Tue Jul-13-10 08:32 PM by carlyhippy
my cats have a hard time getting the food out of a bowl for some reason. A flat paper plate works alot better for mine, when they are done, recycle. sometimes I buy the styro ones, I wash them off after each meal, and they last quite a while.

17. Nope.
Ginger has his own plates (they're really saucers from an espresso set) that I hand wash with antibacterial soap. If you don't let the wet food dry on the plate or in the bowl, clean up isn't a problem.

19. No, my grandkitty would not be happy if I tried those. He has to eat out of clear
glass dishes. I keep two for him. My daughter has tried various other dishes and he's extremely picky. Water must be either fountain or in stainless steel. Dry food must be in stainless steel. Wet food must be in glass.

I wouldn't want to upset grandkitty. I value my ankles. :scared:

20. Yes..I feed a feral kitten
that somehow found it's way to the back of my garage. I don't want to bring it's bowl in the house and constantly wash it, though I do currently, because I'm the paranoid type who thinks it might somehow pass something on to my regular cats..who live indoors exclusively. That might sound stupid, but for me it's all about peace of mind.

21. I just fill a baking bowl with high quality cat food and ignore it for a few days.
Cats don't seem to be over eating and I don't have to put up with their phoniness when they want to be fed and so rub their bodies around my legs. Works great for us.
