Seriously, I think those people who believe in the rapture should be banned from driving cars
and other such things as operating heavy machinery or piloting a plane.

No wonder they predict such havoc after the rapture - the global accidents will be mind boggling!

Ok consider this - imagine that you truly believe in the rapture. Say you're driving your car and suddenly *BOOM* the good lord calls all you rapturists to heavy so Armageddon can begin. Once you are pulled from your car, your car will still keep moving. And remember when you rapture all earthly things stay behind so there is a good chance a shoe will be on top of the gas pedal still causing your car to move forward. *CRASH* that thing will run into the vehicles being driven by non-rapturists. All these accidents around the globral will create quite the mess - no wonder they say the earth will be sheer hell on earth - all those accidents will create a mind boggling gridlock around the globe!

7. Ha ha. People who don't drive luxury cars are NOT getting into heaven.
If God really loved them, they'd wouldn't have to ride the freakin' train to work.

3. Boy did that job a memory. About 30 years ago, I used to attend services
at the 3rd Brigade 101st Abn Div chapel. The meeting room had a wall-sized mural of the rapture that pictured planes crashing and cars slamming into each other as the souls of the occupants flew out the window. Weird!

6. Seriously, that would be against the law. Civil Rights Act of forbids religious discrimination
And until Rand Paul gets to Congress, you'll just have to watch out for those weaving, driverless pick ups.

8. That's kinda the point of the rapture-- the whole world blows up and...
only the "good guys" are saved.

Everyone else dies.

Besides, not everyone saved during the rapture knows about it, and most of the people who believe in it wouldn't be saved anyway-- God may be fond of assholes here on earth, but most likely wouldn't want to be stuck with them for eternity.
