Cops: Man takes one last swig before sobriety test
BELLEVIEW, Fla. – Authorities said a man took one last swig of alcohol while waiting to take a sobriety test.

Marion County Sheriff's deputies stopped 61-year-old Dana Seaman after noticing his car swerve three times.

Seaman said he'd been drinking and agreed to a sobriety test. But first, Deputy Eric Larson said he watched Seaman drink from a cup and toss it under the passenger seat. According to a police report, the cup smelled strongly of alcohol.

Seaman refused a breath test. He has been charged with DUI.

7. Let's hope there was a little blood left in his alcohol stream,
to make it all worthwhile. If you gotta go down, go down with a bang.

8. Medic I worked with in the 101st Airborne...
.
...stoned immaculate... went to the PX and walked right
past the cashier with that forgotten candy bar in his
hand. She called him back and he couldn't quite figger
out just HOW that candy bar had gotten there.
.
He really couldn't.
.
She called the MP's. My friend, not a BIT unsmartassed
at his best, managed to tick off the MP's. One pointed
to his half-down jeans zipper (my friend was free-ballin'
it) and told him that if he gave him any more lip, he
would run him in for indecent exposure.
.
"Indecent exposure?!?!?" ejaculated my friend. "I'll
SHOW you indecent exposure!!!"
.
And, in all his glory... dropped trou.
.
Down to the station. Commander had to go pick him up.
Punished with a good talking-to (and the commander had
a GREAT story for the O-Club that night).
.
Oh, yeah.
.
INSTANT.
.
.
FUCKING.
.
.
LEGEND.

.

9. Has happened plenty - the theory was that
if the cop saw you drinking alcohol right before the breathalyzer was administered, then there was no proof that the breathalyzer reading was caused by prior drinking (thus negating the DUI). Of course, since DUI still applies when you are sitting in your car pulled over, it was never a very smart ploy.
