There is so much more to it than I thought at first. Like my screen has all these wierd little options and stuff that non-mods don't have.
I wish I could spend more time doing it. Right now I'm on and off all day. - But I've been busy...so I just check my alerts and sign on a few times a day.
I think some duers have shyed away from me because of my new job though. I don't get as many answers to posts and stuff anymore.
I spent all day running around taking and picking up pictures. Got a lift at the end though. A local kid was killed in an ATV accident. Tonight at least 600 people were at the local arena for a hockey game to help the parents pay the funeral costs. Human spirit is something else.
Girl has her memory of him erased after a fight. Guy reciprocates then realizes in the middle of the procedure he doesn't want to go through with it but it's too late. Craziness ensues but with such a satisfying and rewarding ending.
now try the wiser's with coke. That's all my two best drinking buddies (and many other friends) drink. Wiser's deluxe and coke. Mix it like a rum and coke.,
So I'm eating beans, raiding the pantry for goods, and drinking what is on hand. The dew was collecting dust at my parents, lest anyone think I can afford such extravagance.
I know the feeling I've got about 15 bucks until March 31st. This should be the last stint of poverty though. New job pays way more, bills are caught up and tax return is on the way.
Still it's nothing compared to what I made before I ..ugh "followed my heart"
Anyway if you want food that'll last you awhile...get a bag of potatoes man it should be like three buck and it'll last forever. (well not really forever, but a long time)
Never tried dew yet. Bushmill's is my favorite so far. I like it beter than Jameson. Parents got the dew as a St. Pat's gift, but they don't drink whiskey much. I'm saving it for a special occasion.
20. So - what's your favourite thing about your new job?
I spent the day in Vancouver - took the first ferry over - man it was one of those Vancouver days. You know the kind, unrelenting gray day with lots of rain and wind. The ferry was quite uncomfortable with all the wind.:hi:
22. Being the guy who decides what goes in the paper
I love the creative control.
Also, did you see BCTV news at 11 though I didn't see it the story was on it. I did see it on CHBC though - lead story of the six oclock telecast. And the Sun emailed me about it yesterday...but I got the email late.
Yeah, I know them Van days........ But wind on the ferry is fun!
Speaking of beer - this is awsome. The new paper chain I work for liked our last paper so much they bought us a case of beer. I don't need no gold watch baby - I got beer!
46. If you're bored I'll give you something to do...
So how's that Vancouver DU get-together coming along? Picked a venue yet? Made reservations? Sent the invitations to the printers? Put up the bail money in an escrow account? Ordered the extra case of bear spray? Is the salmon pate made yet? See, you don't have time to be bored...
