Papa Murphy's Pizza
http://www.papamurphys.com/

OK, it's a weird name.
Some Irish guy making pizza?
Hah!

Well, they're great!
They assemble the pizza but don't bake it.
That's what YOU do.
At home.
Fan-Tastic.
That's all I got to say.
:-)

1. Used to enjoy them years ago when I lived in WA state
Some 20 years ago, in fact. Haven't had one in nearly 10 now.

We bought a terra cotta pizza brick from them. If they still sell them, get one - it is the best way to bake a Papa Murphy's.

5. That's great
We don't have them here in SoCal, so I always thought they were a northwest thing. Glad they are still in business and reaching other parts of the country. :-)

3. And,if you can 't get a pizza brick....
...buy some unglazed terra cotta quarry tiles from your local home building supply store--as per the recommendation of Julia Child and Alton Brown. They're about a buck a pop. You only need four of them.

11. Have a big round 'pizza stone'.
Some kind of ceramic, I guess.
PMs says bake them on the cardboard (or whatever it is) thing that the pie is on.
Works for us.

6. yeah, that's good stuff
And here they always have coupons in the mail and when you buy the pizzas, so they're quite economical as well :)

14. Too true. You have to own one of them oven things.
Or at least have access to one for about 15 minutes.

9. Try the gourmet vegetarian
I'm not a vegetarian but that one is good enough to pass on the meat for at least one meal.

Creamy garlic sauce with spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, Roma tomatoes and onions.
