I am quitting eating

I have it so bad , I sometimes eat 3 times a day ! not counting the snacks.

I don't remember when I became addicted

Why not just think of food as fuel for your body? Don't take in fuel you don't need to maintain your health. You take in fuel (three times a day and even more, and it can be delicious fuel) without being addicted to the fuel. :shrug:
