I am weird like that. I like both just fine separately, but put them together and I can't eat it.

24. Have two --- one with Nutella & one with Smucker's!

Unless, of course, you're having rice cakes because you're
watching calories . . . in which case, skip the Nutella . . .
it's 200 calories per serving (2 tablespoons). The Simply
Fruit, however, is 40 calories per serving (1 tablespoon) . . .
goes great with low-cal whipped cream cheese, BTW.

<**sigh**> Now I'm wantin' a snack!

I did buy a couple of avacados, and some Soy nut butter. Both would make a great topping, but um, not together at the same time. :P

10. There is nothing on earth that could make a rice cake actually tasty.
They are barely edible styrofoam hockey pucks. You could disguise their flavorless plasticness a bit with a whole lot of peanut butter, but that packing-peanut texture would still be there.

a scoop of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, some nuts and a cherry. I'd eat everything but the rice cake. That would be yummy.

35. this may sound unusual but
Edited on Fri Feb-12-10 01:17 AM by elana i am
you asked for creative so...

i use them as the "crackers" to go with a cold black-eyed pea salad.
dried or canned peas either one, chopped onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, celery if you like it (i don't), black pepper, a little salt, a squeeze of lemon, and vinegar and oil dressing. the recipe i have doesn't call for it, but i like some cilantro on it. and occasionally i switch out the regular vinegar and oil for a balsamic or a raspberry vinaigrette and leave out the salt.

this salad is good with melba toast too BTW.
