There's pilsner, lager, cream stout, chocolate stout, dry stout, Scottish Ale, any variety of porter, Belgian lambic. Name your poison.

I know of some good cream and chocolate stouts that go really well with Black Forest cake. Guinness (dry stout) goes amazingly well with scrambled eggs.

I know - I'm a snob.
