Help! Quick baking question --
I'm making my friend her favorite cake for her birthday, and will be dropping the cupcakes off tomorrow at her place... the cupcakes will be done in about 10 minutes, and the cream cheese frosting is almost done, too.

Should I frost the cupcakes tonight, or refrigerate everything and frost them in the morning?

Help! And thanks! :hi:

1. Do it tonight
let the cupcakes cool down a bit more first. But having it done tonight will be great tomorrow

4. That's an awful segue. You mention "the" cupcakes, but you'd never mentioned them before.
You mentioned "cake", but not "cupcakes".

As to the frosting of cupcakes - it works better once they're cooled off.
