1. obviously some mental health issues here
and completely ignored by other passengers it seems. Hopefully somehow this woman can get some help.

3. It's amazing how many mentally disturbed people like ride the subways,
and yet almost never the physically violent ones (I imagine the cops take care of those).

And thus, no one ever reacts to the shouting mentally disturbed people.
