I got it at a health food store, but it's probably not that hard to make. It was made out of coconut, almonds, dates, and cashews mostly, I think. Yum.

As my waistline would attest... I do love coconut milk-based deserts. Fudge made with coconut milk is so fantastically velvety and good, and puddings made with coconut milk are amazing.
