a bit David Letterman did when "Billie Jean" was hot, claiming that the line was actually "The chair is not my son"? I remember he offered "proof" with a tape that had a gruff New York-sounding voice dubbing the word "chair" with painful obviousness.



I didn't hallucinate this, did I? :shrug:

but I too always heard it as "the chair is not my son."

4. I remember my older siblings talking about that one

and making fun of it. From then on, whenever I heard that song, I'd internally think "chair" instead of "kid" :rofl:
