is it because Clinton has been very sexually active lately? Therefore the spike in condom consumption is causing some supply chain problems. The necessary pertochemical products that are used to manufacture condoms are depleting the oil available for US consumption. Its really just a battle for resources, isn't it?

It's just the fact that it exists. Clinton's penis is so powerful, and such a conductor for EEE-VIL, that it's very existence causes oil prices to fluctuate, groundhogs to see their shadows, skyscrapers to explode, ships to sink, roses to bloom prematurely, etc...
