Poll question: What to make for dinner? (Part 2)
Yesterday I did a poll about what I should make for dinner from the ingredients I had available.

The poll winner was stir-fry. However my hubby called me later in the day and said he wanted meatloaf.

So...
I have the ingredients to make either....
Chicken tacos (like chicken fajitas with onions and green peppers)
Chicken stir-fry (with veges and white rice)

1. Stir-fry!
We can have the same meal, minus the chicken in my case. I've got the veg and the rice and the sesame oil and the soy sauce and the red pepper flakes. Yum!

Or, maybe I'll just have the Lean Pockets. :P

Don't have snot pockets.
Make a meal.
The only thing that separates bachelors from animals is their ability to use a stove.

5. I have some meat in the house, but it's all frozen.
I hate defrosting in the microwave, it just ends up looking rather nasty...ick...

I'll see how lazy I feel when I get home from the gym. I cooked last night, dammit. (If you call cooking frozen veggies and tossing them with pasta cooking.)

And honestly -- healthier, I don't really care about even trying anymore. Carpe Diem. I'm enjoying myself now because who knows about tomorrow?

The image there now is on the t-shirts and such.

I'll bring her back soon.

11. Soft tacos...
I don't really like the crispy ones.
Crispy tacos are for gringos.

12. Ay yai yai!!!
I agree. I learned what a real taco was when I lived in Austin, and I also discovered the joys of fresh tortillas. You don't get those here in WV. And you might as well forget mole...

You put the tomatoe on the burger THEN put the cheese on both and let it melt.
