1. It pains me to say it, as I despise the man

But because of the big records he holds, questionable as they are, I think Bonds will get in EVENTUALLY.
BTW, this REALLY needs to be cross posted in the Sports forum...Just sayin..

5. I think eventually all of them are going to get in because I bet every star in this era has juiced
Even Griffey

Once everyone realizes this was endemic, I believe the writers are going to put the power hitters of this gen. in the HoF regardless of PEDs.

6. I'm kinda with you on this one. I think it will be all or nothing.
Either all of them get in, or none of them get in. Either what they've done will be swept under the rug, or they will all be disqualified for it.

13. WTF? Why do you hate Pete Rose?? He brought teh Phillies a
World Series victory. Maybe, that championship should have an asterisk also!

10. My first thought was ARod.
He's got more time to set things right and leave the game on a positive note.

That said, I really haven't seen any evidence that he or anyone around him has the inclination or the skills to pull something like that off.

So, I dunno. Depending on the outcome of his court case...and I can't believe I'm saying this...Barry Bonds?

11. If any of them get into the Hall, I think you have to let in Pete Rose
His on-field accomplishments speak for themselves, and can anyone argue that his betting is worse for the game than the actions of the players on your list. (note: I'm neither a Rose nor a Reds fan)

Most on your list will make it in, but with caveats:
- most will not make it on the 1st ballot
- a generation of sports writers may have to die off or retire before some of these guys make it into the Hall
- The HOF will have to -- almost literally -- come up with a separate wing. Essentially, all of these guys get in with an asterisk.
